HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR MY DOG?
We offer consultations where we discuss your dog’s issues and how we can address them. together we will decide which package is fit for both you and your dog.
what are your hours?
we are open tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4pm And saturday’s 9:30am to 2pm. the last session during the week is at 3pm and weekend’s at 1pm. We are closed Sunday’s and Monday’s.
how does payment work?
If you are ready to move forward, a 50% deposit is required after your consultation. Please note your deposit is Non-refundable. the remaining balance is due at your first session.
what is the best way to reach you?
Sending an inquiry form would be the best way to get a hold of us. You may also call or text us at 650-489-6131. if there is no answer, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours.
do the packages expire?
, packages expire 6 months after the date of your first session. please be sure to use all your sessions!
how can i schedule a consult?
please call or email us to schedule a consult. we will respond within an hour. Consults any done over the phone or in-person. Please note there is a $35 fee for a consultation. If you choose to sign up, it will be applied to the cost of the requested service.
where are sessions held?
We are a mobile dog training business. sessions are held at local parks. Please note We only travel from Palo Alto to San Bruno.
how long are your sessions?
each session is 45 minutes to 1 hour Long. it depends on your dog’s level of energy and attention span. It is very important that your dog finds training fun and exciting. We want to avoid boring or tiring them out!
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We accept zelle, apple Cash, or Cash. unfortunately, we do NOT accept Zelle, checks or credit cards.
do you offer a payment plan?
yes. we offer a 3 split payment plan. please let us know if you are interested.
Do you offer discounts?
If you are able to pay in full, We offer 10% off. This discount is only applied to our training packages. It does not apply to our board and train programs.
how do i schedule my sessions?
you may email or text the scheduling team at 650-489-6131. please note it is YOUR responsibility to contact us to schedule your sessions.
what is your late or cancellation policy?
we require a 24 hour notice when canceling a session. if you fail to do so, your session will still count as a used class. no exceptions.
if you are running late, please inform our trainer. your session will begin at the scheduled time whether or not you are present.
